1) Do you have shipping across India?

Yes, we have shipping across India.  

2) When will my order be delivered?

Estimated delivery is within 1 to 6 working days from the date of placing the order.  While sincere efforts are being made to deliver the products within the given time frame, factors like availability, festive seasons, courier delays are bound to happen. These factors are constantly monitored to keep any inordinate delays under control.

Chennai One Day
Bangalore within 2 days
Other metro cities within 3-5 days
Rest of India within 4-6 days

3) What happens when there is National Holiday?

Orders will not be Processed or Dispatched during National Holidays.

4) What is the procedure to cancel the order?

Cancellation of order can be done by calling our customer support number. However, cancellation of order can only be done within two hours of order time.

5) What if I am not available during the time of delivery?

For Chennai orders: For orders within Chennai, delivery will be automatically rescheduled for the following day.

For non-Chennai orders: For orders outside Chennai, delivery will be rescheduled after discussions with our courier partner, and you will be informed of the new delivery date once confirmed.              

6) How will my order be delivered?

All the orders will be delivered through Professional Courier allover India

7) Do you Provide Cash on Delivery?

Cash on delivery is available only in Chennai Location
